Return Policy

1. Return Window

In accordance with Georgian consumer protection legislation, you have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

Products can be returned under the following conditions: the product must be unused; the product must be in its original packaging; labels and tags must be attached and undamaged; the product must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following product categories are not eligible for return: underwear and lingerie; swimwear; customized or made-to-order products; products that have been used or damaged by the customer.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, email us at: info@poloebi.ge. In your email, include the order number, the name of the product(s) to be returned, and the reason for return. Our team will contact you within 1-2 business days to arrange the return details.

5. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Exchange Option

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact us at: info@poloebi.ge. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at: info@poloebi.ge. In such cases, return shipping will be covered by the Company, and we will offer a replacement product or a full refund.

8. Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer. For returns of defective or incorrect products, shipping costs will be covered by the Company.
